  • Insurance is to be effected by Seller and at Seller’s cost only in the case of a CIF or a CIP contract and shall be effected at 110% of the invoice amount and on the basis of the Institute Cargo Clauses (A) including SRCC (strike, riots and civil commotion) and War (except where the goods are delivered by inland transit in which case War shall not be included).
