SRAS definition

SRAS means the system restart ancillary service described in item 1 of a Schedule and meeting the requirements of the definition of that term in the NER. SRAS Equipment is specified in item 2 of a Schedule, and includes any SRAS Third Party Assets (as defined in the SRAS Guideline), if required for the provision of the SRAS. SRAS Equipment Reliability is specified in item 4 of a Schedule and represents the minimum expected level of reliability for the major components of SRAS Equipment in each Contract Year. SRAS Guideline means the guideline of that name published by AEMO under clause 3.11.7 of the NER. Term means the period during which this Agreement is in effect under clause 3.
SRAS means the agreements between UHN and Prothena dated April 1, 2013 and April 1, 2014, by which Prothena provided financial support to conduct specific and defined research at UHN.

Examples of SRAS in a sentence

  • Subject to this requirement, it constitutes the entire agreement of the parties in connection with the provision of the SRAS and any previous agreements, understandings and negotiations on that subject matter cease to have any effect.

  • Within 5 business days after the end of each Billing Period, AEMO must give the SRAS Provider a preliminary statement setting out the charges and any other amounts owed by each party to the other party under this Agreement in respect of that Billing Period (preliminary statement).

  • If the parties have not resolved the dispute before the time at which AEMO must give the SRAS Provider the final statement, AEMO must prepare that final statement on the basis of its own assessment of the charges and any other amounts payable under this Agreement in respect of that Billing Period.

  • The SRAS Provider consents to the disclosure of that information by AEMO to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes of assessing the viability of SRAS, preparing restart plans, training in power system emergency response and in the delivery of SRAS, or any other obligation of AEMO under the NER.

  • If a Schedule contains any provisions that impose additional obligations to those set out in the Operative Provisions, the provisions in the Schedule apply in respect of the SRAS the subject of that Schedule, as if the provision was an Operative Provision.

  • Until the Conditions Precedent are met, the SRAS Provider must update AEMO at its request on the status of the fulfilment of each Condition Precedent, including the anticipated date each Condition Precedent will be fulfilled.

  • The SRAS Provider must use reasonable endeavours to fulfil or procure the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent by the Conditions Precedent Fulfilment Date.

  • Not later than 18 business days after the end of each Billing Period, AEMO must give the SRAS Provider a final statement stating the net amount payable by one party to the other under this Agreement in respect of that Billing Period (final statement).

  • AEMO represents and warrants to the SRAS Provider as at the date of this Agreement and at all times after the date of this Agreement that AEMO’s obligations under this Agreement are enforceable in accordance with their terms.

  • AEMO may request a copy of any of the records maintained under clause 8.1(a) or any other information in connection with SRAS at any time during the period referred to in clause 8.1(b).

Related to SRAS

  • KENAS wherever appearing means the Kenya National Accreditation Service or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits

  • SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System;

  • RAS or “Registration Authorities”, are the Subordinate Certification Authorities that are under the control of Starfield.

  • NHS means the National Health Service;

  • POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;

  • NGOs means non-governmental organizations;

  • EIS means environmental impact statement.

  • MDAS means the ISO’s revenue metering data acquisition and processing system.

  • IPPF means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).

  • Parents means parents or guardians;

  • ECAS shall supply an EMS unit with the necessary equipment, tools, materials, and/or supplies as outlined by the Nevada State Health Division Office of Emergency Medical Systems to accomplish the job agreed to be performed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as amended from time to time, together with any regulations issued from time to time in terms thereof;

  • LEOS® means LEOS (Liquid Equity Option-linked noteS)®.

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).

  • BAPPENAS means the Borrower’s National Development Planning Agency and any successor thereto;

  • DOTAS means the Disclosure of Tax Avoidance Schemes rules which require a promoter of tax schemes to tell HM Revenue and Customs of any specified notifiable arrangements or proposals and to provide prescribed information on those arrangements or proposals within set time limits as contained in Part 7 of the Finance Act 2004 and in secondary legislation made under vires contained in Part 7 of the Finance Act 2004 and as extended to national insurance contributions by the National Insurance Contributions (Application of Part 7 of the Finance Act 2004) Regulations 2012, SI 2012/1868) made under section 132A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992;

  • FOS means the Financial Ombudsman Service;

  • IMS has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.4(i).

  • HMIS means the Homeless Management Information System, which is a client-level data collection and management system implemented at the community level that allows for better coordination among agencies providing services to clients.

  • WGS means the Whole Game System and the procedures for the operation thereof as determined by The FA from time to time.

  • dwarfism means a medical or genetic condition resulting in an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches (147 centimeters) or less;

  • GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.

  • GTCs means these AVEVA General Terms and Conditions, which includes those terms and conditions set forth in the main body of the GTCs, and all of the various exhibits, addenda, and other documents incorporated into the GTCs.

  • BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Focus means limiting the number of items included in a curriculum to allow for deeper exploration of the subject matter.
