SQM holders will be reaccredited for a further 3 years once the Post Quality Mark Audit is completed and all Corrective Actions are signed off by the SQM Auditor.
The report should detail as a minimum: • the number of reviews the SQM Auditor has undertaken; • Audit outcomes; • any inconsistencies arising from either auditing or non-auditing staff; • the actions to be taken by key personnel to rectify the situation; and • the outcome of any action taken.

The SQM Auditor will be expected to systematically compare the requirements of the SQM standard and the evidence provided by the SQM Applicant.
Once the Pre Quality Mark Audit has been completed and all Corrective Actions are signed off by the SQM Auditor the SQM Applicant is granted the full SQM, which is valid for 3 years.
The SQM Auditor will also meet with the some of the SQM Applicant's staff (across multiple offices where required) to discuss procedures and practices.
