Email communications from us and our affiliated companies may include but are not limited to: operational communications concerning your Account or the use of the Services, updates concerning new and existing features on the Services, communications concerning promotions run by us or our third-party partners, and news concerning Spyce and industry developments.
The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Spyce and you.
The Spyce Parties assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any content, User communications, or personalization settings.
The communications between you and Spyce use electronic means, whether you visit Services or send Spyce e-mails, or whether Spyce posts notices on Services or communicates with you via e-mail.
