SPX Options definition

SPX Options means the prices of a weighted series of out-of-the money put and call options on the level of the S&P 500® Index used in the calculation of the VIX Index.

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.
