SPV Master Lease definition
SPV Master Lease means the Master Lease Agreement, dated on or about October 13, 2000, between the SPV, as lessor, and Hops, as lessee, made pursuant to the Sale-Leaseback Agreement; together with all schedules and exhibits thereto, and any modifications and amendments thereof.
