The Group Life insurance provisions in the Collective Agreement in the former municipalities of East York, Scarborough (including employees of the former SPUC), York, Etobicoke and North York shall continue to apply to persons covered by those provisions as at the date of ratification, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Collective Agreement.
