SPST definition

SPST has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1(b) of Schedule 8.2 (Profit Share Mechanism);
SPST and “TPST” specified for each Franchisee Year in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 (Profit Share Threshold) to Schedule 8.2 (Project Share Mechanism);
SPST means the Second Profit Share Threshold for that Franchisee Accounting Year; RPI has the meaning given to it in Schedule 8.2 (Annual Franchise Payments); NRP means the whole number of Reporting Periods in that Franchisee Accounting Year.
