SPSC definition

SPSC means the Special Purpose Subsidiary Company of HV to be established pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) of this Agreement and which will be responsible for implementation of Sub-projects, under Part A of the Project for the benefit of MWSCs and under Parts B and C.2 for the benefit of HV;
SPSC means the Subregional Project Steering Committee established in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement;
SPSC means Source Photonics Santa Xxxxx, Inc., and its successor Source Photonics Santa Xxxxx LLC.
