Springing Termination Date definition
Springing Termination Date means, at any time, so long as the 2020 VRI Senior Notes are outstanding, the date that is 90 days prior to the maturity 2020 VRI Senior Notes. For the avoidance of doubt, if the 2020 VRI Senior Notes have been discharged under the provisions of the indenture governing the 2020 VRI Senior Notes, they shall not be considered to be outstanding.
Springing Termination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Maturity Date.”
