Springfield Gathering System means all oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas measurement facilities, oil and gas compressors, dehydrators, Reciept Points and any treating or related facilities, owned or operated by Gatherer, including the Oil Handling Facilities, and any future additions or modifications thereto.
