Springboard Technology definition
Springboard Technology means and includes all designs, drawings, blueprints, models, technical specifications, data and procedures, performance data, quality control standards and specifications, know-how, trade secrets, software programs (including object code and source code), and other technical information, in whatever form, tangible or intangible, relating to the operations of Springboard, including the Licensed Software.

Except for the licenses expressly granted herein, the parties acknowledge and agree that no Intellectual Property Rights relating to the Springboard Technology, including, but not limited to, the Licensed Software, shall vest in 1401629 or be assigned, licensed or otherwise transferred to 1401629 or any of its affiliates in connection with this Agreement.
Springboard hereby reserves all rights in and to the Springboard Technology that are not explicitly granted to 1401629 herein.
