Spreadsheet Certificate definition

Spreadsheet Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b) hereof.
Spreadsheet Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 1.14(a)(v).
Spreadsheet Certificate means a certificate executed on behalf of Company by its President and Chief Financial Officer certifying that the information contained on the Spreadsheet is true and correct as of the Closing Date.

Examples of Spreadsheet Certificate in a sentence

  • Not less than one (1) Business Day prior to the Closing Date, Parent shall have received from the Company the Spreadsheet and the Spreadsheet Certificate pursuant to Section 6.15.

  • Parent shall have received from the Company the Spreadsheet and the Spreadsheet Certificate pursuant to Section 4.14 of this Agreement.

  • Not less than one (1) Business Day prior to the Closing Date, Parent and the Paying Agent shall have received from the Company the final Spreadsheet Certificate.
