Spread Lock Fixed means, in respect of each Fixed Rate Period following the relevant Floating to Fixed Switch Option Exercise Date, the amount determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Floating to Fixed Switch Option Exercise Date in accordance with the following formula:
