SPRAY NOZZLE definition
SPRAY NOZZLE. The spray nozzle(s) shall be mounted at the material chute or at the spinner. The nozzle(s) shall have a check valve to prevent siphoning. The spray nozzles shall be mounted so the tips can be easily removed. TRAINING: Training shall be done at the same time as the control console. WARRANTY: Warranty shall be one year or manufacturer’s standard, which ever is longer. The warranty shall cover parts and labor. The warranty shall cover all hydraulic components and the electrical systems for hydraulics. The City of Overland Park shall be setup to do limited warranty work. The City shall be reimbursed for parts and labor. All paperwork and instructions on how to setup warranty claims shall be delivered with the truck. GENERAL: The hydraulic system shall be a Component Technologies Freedom system. This specification will describe how the hydraulic system needs to function. The hydraulic system shall operate at as low a pressure as possible (around 2000 psi preferred). The controls need to be easy to program, calibrate, and operate. System will be installed at the body factory.
