Spray Field definition

Spray Field means the wetted area of the land treatment system or land disposal system where treated wastes, treated effluent from industrial processes, agricultural or domestic wastewater, domestic sewage sludge, industrial sludge or other sources is applied to the land via spray, excluding the buffer zone.
Spray Field means a specified area where properly treated wastes, treated effluent from process, agricultural or domestic wastewater, sewage sludge, industrial sludge or other sources is applied to the land. The terms "application area", "application site", or "spray disposal area" may also be used.
Spray Field means an estimated one hundred thousand gallon per day (100,000 GPD) spray irrigation field to dispose of pre-treated municipal wastewater (and not, for the avoidance of doubt, untreated wastewater or so-called “gray water”).

  • Promptly following the mutual approval of the Spray Field Plans by both the Developer and the County, the County shall procure all applicable governmental and third party permits and approvals necessary for the County to construct the Spray Field, including, without limitation, the waiver of the 300' buffer in which the Spray Field Area is located (the "Permits").

  • The "Commencement Date" of the Lease is the date upon which both the Developer and the County have fully approved the Spray Field Plans and the County has obtained all necessary Permits.
