SPP Protocols definition

SPP Protocols means SPP’s rules, criteria, and market protocols, as they may be amended or superseded from time to time.
SPP Protocols means the market protocols issued by the transmission service provider which outline the rules, terms, procedures, obligations and responsibilities of SPP and market participants relating to the SPP market functions.
