SPP Pay definition
SPP Pay means the amounts designated by the Company as a cash-based performance award under the “Strategic Performance Plan” (previously known as the Long-Term Cash Performance Plan) and paid pursuant to the terms of the Caterpillar Inc. 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (or any predecessor or successor to such plan). Performance awards under the “Strategic Performance Plan” that are paid pursuant to the terms of the Caterpillar Inc. 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (or any predecessor or successor to such plan) in the form of Company Stock are not SPP Pay hereunder.
