SPP OATT definition

SPP OATT means the SPP OATT on file with FERC and applicable criteria and business practice documents related thereto.
SPP OATT means the SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff, as approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from time to time.

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to delineate the responsibilities (including applicable NERC and RRO reliability requirements) between SPP as the BA and the Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operators to establish the SBAA that facilitates the Integrated Marketplace to be implemented under the SPP OATT.
