SPP OATT definition

SPP OATT means the SPP OATT on file with FERC and applicable criteria and business practice documents related thereto.
SPP OATT means the SPP Regional Open Access Transmission Tariff.
SPP OATT means SPP’s Open Access Transmission Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto (as the same may be amended or modified from time-to- time and approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission).

  • In the event the designated representatives are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days (or such other period as the Parties may agree upon) by mutual agreement, such dispute may be submitted to arbitration and resolved in accordance with the arbitration procedures set forth in Section 12 of the SPP OATT.

  • Initially, the rates calculated pursuant to the historical formula based rate template and incorporated into this SPP OATT will be in place through December 31, 2012.
