SPP Account definition
SPP Account means the account maintained for a Participant in which is recorded all information related to purchases of SPP Units and the issuance of CDI Stock under the Plan.
SPP Account means the account maintained for a Participant on the books of the Company in which is recorded, as necessary under the Plan, all information related to purchases of SPP Units under the Plan.
