Spot Voyage definition
Spot Voyage means any Charter Contract that is not a Time Charter.
Spot Voyage means a voyage for the transport of cargo where the ballast leg is to be included/excluded (to be commercially agreed) under this charter, initiated by the charterer lifting subs.
