Spot Orders definition

Spot Orders means quantities of Big Four Isotopes requested by Nordion over and above the Weekly Supply Requirements;
Spot Orders means any order of Tin Mill Products placed by NSA which is not included in any of NSA's Purchase Forecasts delivered to OCC pursuant to Section 2.5 below, and which is in excess of the Nominated Quantity of Tin Mill Products for any calendar year. Without limitation, "Spot Orders" shall include orders solicited for sale of Secondary OCC Tin Mill Products to Export Customers.

Examples of Spot Orders in a sentence

  • Lucid shall issue Production Orders, Spot Orders and Releases (as defined in Schedule 1 of the GTC) for the Production Volumes set forth in Exhibit C.

  • In addition to the Nominated Quantities described in 2.3(a), NSA shall have the right to request Spot Orders for purchases of additional Tin Mill Products from OCC, which OCC may accept in its sole discretion in accordance with Sections 2.3(b), 2.6(b) and 2.7(b) below.

  • Supplier will, at Supplier’s expense, provide Lucid with documentation and reports reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇ in the form and format agreed between the Parties regarding the Goods, and Spot Orders accepted by Supplier or Production Orders.

  • Other additional orders shall be treated as Spot Orders under Article 2.3. No Qualified Additional Orders shall bind Supplier unless and until finally confirmed and accepted by Supplier’s written confirmation; provided that Supplier shall be obligated to confirm and accept the Qualified Additional Orders properly submitted by Customer pursuant to this Article.

  • Product Order is the form used by the Parties to effect a Transaction substantially in the form of Exhibit A specifying the terms of such Transaction.
