Sports Programming definition

Sports Programming means any video entertainment or information services that consist primarily of the transmission of an athletic or sporting event or activity. "Superstation" has the meaning provided in ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Code (S) 119(d)(9) or any similar or any successor statute. The term "User" means any owner of a Transponder on a Satellite, including HCG if there remain any unsold Transponders, or any permitted lessee, licensee, user or assignee of such Transponder, but shall not include NRTC or its successors or assigns.
