Sporting Industry definition

Sporting Industry means any business that is related, ancillary or complementary to (i) the design, manufacture or distribution of sporting equipment and accessories and sporting apparel or (ii) the marketing or development of sporting equipment and accessories, sporting apparel or sporting events; provided that the determination of what constitutes a Sporting Industry shall be made in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company.
