Spontane-ES definition
Spontane-ES means any product containing xanthoparmelia scabrosa extract, cnidium monnier extract, yohimbine extract, epimedium extract, gingko biloba extract, mucuna pruriens extract, and l-arginine that is manufactured, supplied, distributed, offered for sale, sold, marketed, advertised, or promoted by Defendants under the name Spontane or Spontane-ES.
