Sponsored Concession definition

Sponsored Concession has its meaning as defined in subsection 2.1 below.

Examples of Sponsored Concession in a sentence

  • As of the Exercise Period End Date, activities related to the collection of the amounts referred to in Clause 9.15 and the penalties applied by the REGULATORY AGENCY, to the declaration of caducity or the declaration of intervention in the Sponsored Concession may be resumed if the respective processes have not been extinguished under this Agreement.

  • If the discounts due during the Exercise Period have not been paid in case of termination of the Sponsored Concession, the amount in favor of the GRANTING AUTHORITY will be deducted from the compensation due to the Concessionaire.

  • The GRANTING AUTHORITY and the REGULATORY AGENCY may not terminate or intervene in the Sponsored Concession based on any act or circumstance that occurred prior to the Concession Transfer Date.

  • During the Cure Period and the Exercise Period, any decisions related to the expiry or intervention in the Sponsored Concession will have no effect; however, the respective administrative processes will not be automatically suspended, which, at the discretion of the REGULATORY AGENCY or the GRANTING AUTHORITY, in the respective processes, may be suspended or proceed to the evidentiary stage and the appropriate procedure.
