Sponsor Payments means, collectively, the City Payments and the State Payments. “State” means the State of Missouri, and its successors and assigns.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, a judgment requiring a payment of money may be entered against a Sponsor by reason of an Event of Default hereunder only as to Sponsor Payments which would otherwise have been payable by such Sponsors hereunder during the remainder of the Fiscal Year in which such Event of Default occurs.

Sponsor Payments.
