Sponsor Payments definition

Sponsor Payments has the meaning given to it in clause 8;
Sponsor Payments means, collectively, the City Payments and the State Payments. “State” means the State of Missouri, and its successors and assigns.

Examples of Sponsor Payments in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, a judgment requiring a payment of money may be entered against a Sponsor by reason of an Event of Default hereunder only as to Sponsor Payments which would otherwise have been payable by such Sponsors hereunder during the remainder of the Fiscal Year in which such Event of Default occurs.

  • No Sponsor shall be under any obligation to levy any taxes in order to raise revenues to pay such Sponsor Payments.

  • The aggregate amount of the Sponsor Payments shall be Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,700,000), unless the parties agree otherwise pursuant to Section 5.

Sponsor Payments. The aggregate amount paid or to be paid by the Sponsor in connection with the Sponsored Research, in an amount not to exceed Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand dollars ($5,700,000.00) (subject to adjustment as set forth in the Agreement), payable over four years from the date of this Agreement, as is more fully set forth in EXHIBIT B hereto.
