Spoken Communication definition

Spoken Communication means verbal communication of information on the price, terms and conditions of Services by a Service Provider to a Consumer during the course of:
Spoken Communication means verbal communication (including such things as recordings) with a Consumer about the provision of a Service and /or Product.

  • Written Communication has the meaning set forth in Rule 405 under the Securities Act.

  • campaign communication means “a written or oral communication relating to a campaign for nomination or election to public office or office of a political party or to a campaign on a measure.”
