Splitters definition

Splitters means Enterprise’s propane-propylene splitter facilities located in the Mont Belvieu Complex. 1.54 “S&P” shall mean Standard & Poor’s. 1.55 “Taxes” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1. 1.56 “Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1. 1.57 “Terminalling Agreement” shall mean that certain Term Agreement for Exchange and Terminalling of Propylene FOB Houston Ship Channel Terminal dated April 1, 2021 by and between Enterprise and Purchaser, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
