Splitco Common Stock definition

Splitco Common Stock means the shares of Splitco Common Stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of Splitco, and any and all securities of any kind whatsoever which may be issued after the date hereof in respect of, or in exchange for, such shares of common stock of Splitco pursuant to a merger, consolidation, stock split, stock dividend or recapitalization of Splitco or otherwise.
