Split Zone definition
Split Zone means a land unit with two or more zoning designations or zones. All applicable development parameters such as, inter-alia, primary, written and consent uses, density, coverage, FAR, height, stand size, and boundary regulations for each particular zone shall be applied separately for each portion of the land unit which is split-zoned; Provided that -
