Split Ratio definition

Split Ratio means the number of Wirelines from the 1st TP that will be connected to the optical splitter at the Building MDF Room;
Split Ratio means the number obtained by dividing the total number of issued common shares after the stock split by the total number of issued common shares before the stock split, and “consolidation ratio” shall mean the number obtained by dividing the total number of issued common shares after the stock consolidation by the total number of issued common shares before the stock consolidation. The same shall apply hereinafter. The number of shares after adjustment shall be applied, in the case of a stock split, on or after the day following the allotment record date of the stock split pursuant to Article 183, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Companies Act, and in the case of a stock consolidation, on or after the day following the effective date of the stock consolidation.
