Split Fee definition
Split Fee means giving or receiving a commission or payment, either monetary or otherwise, for the referral of patients.
Split Fee means that the applicant and employer shall each pay a specified proportion of the fee to the agency.
Split Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d)(ii).
