Splash definition

Splash is defined as using the hull shape of the Boat to make a mold. A “mold” is a reverse shape of the intended product which allows for duplication of the intended product, usually for profit; or (b) use any dimensions of the Boat for any type of reverse-engineering, modification, copying, duplication, reproduction, or commercialization. Splash includes all employees and agents of Splash. "Gift or benefit" includes money, goods, services, discounts, favors and the like in any form but excludes standard business entertainment expenses associated with planned meetings as well as low value items such as pens, pencils, and calendars.
