Spindle Plant definition
Spindle Plant means Duke Energy's Spindle Natural Gas Processing Plant located in the SW1/4 of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 67 West, Weld County, Colorado.
Spindle Plant shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals hereof.
