SpinCo Facilities definition
SpinCo Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).
SpinCo Facilities means any and all real property owned or leased by Citrix or any of its Subsidiaries prior to the Distribution Effective Time that is allocated to any member of the SpinCo Group pursuant to this Agreement, including any Transferred Leased Real Property and Transferred Owned Real Property.
SpinCo Facilities means, collectively, the three-year senior secured term loan “A” facility in an initial aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000, the five-year senior secured term loan “A” facility in an initial aggregate principal amount of $310,000,000 and the senior secured term loan “B” facility in an initial aggregate principal amount of $1,131,450,000, in each case obtained by Spinco pursuant to the Spinco Credit Agreement.

Recipients shall only permit their authorized Representatives, contractors, invitees or licensees to use the licensed space within the SpinCo Facilities and Parent Facilities (collectively, the “Facilities”), as applicable, except as otherwise permitted by the applicable Provider in writing.
