SPIF Payment definition
SPIF Payment means the opportunity-specific promotional bonus paid by Zoom to a TSD Partner for a Customer’s closed Qualified Partner Referred Opportunity that meets all requirements hereunder. SPIF Payments may include an Upfront Bonus, as that term is defined in the TSD Partner SPIF/Upfront Bonus Policy.
