Spending Accounts definition

Spending Accounts has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(f).
Spending Accounts means the account(s) established by the Participant for reimbursement of incurred Health and/or Dependent Care expenses with non-taxed dollars.

Examples of Spending Accounts in a sentence

  • The Township shall establish Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) as governed by IRS Code 125 regulations.

  • This Letter of Understanding in no way commits school divisions or teachers to establish WSAs. The decision to split existing Health Spending Accounts (HSA) into combined HSA/WSAs is subject to local negotiations.

  • The County will administer the following Flexible Spending Accounts: Section 1.

  • All or part of the Fees may not be considered deductible for IRS or State tax purposes, nor reimbursable by private health insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts or Health Reimbursement Accounts.

  • POWER Accounts are funded with post-tax dollars and are not considered HSAs or other health spending accounts (e.g., Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, etc.) under federal law.
