Spend Rate definition

Spend Rate means the individual foreign exchange rate set and determined by Visa applicable to foreign exchange transactions. The circumstances when Spend Rate applies are set out at clause 6.1. Each currency has a different rate that varies.
Spend Rate means the individual foreign exchange rate set and determined by the Program Manager applicable to foreign exchange transactions where you transact in a currency other than a Currency on the Card or working day means Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except for any public bank holidays in England and Wales;
