Speed contest: For the purposes of this Section, speed contest shall mean the operation of one (1) or more motor vehicles to conduct a race or a time trial, including but not limited to rapid acceleration, exceeding reasonable and prudent speeds for streets and existing traffic conditions, vying for position or performing one (1) or more lane changes in an attempt to gain advantage over one (1) or more of the other race participants.
An amended Acceptable Use Policy shall automatically be effective upon the earlier of: (i) the date indicated on the EasyLink Website or (ii) Customer’s next billing cycle following posting or delivery to Customer.
Serious violations include, but are not limited to driving while intoxicated; Driving while under the influence of drugs; Negligent homicide arising out of the use of a motor vehicle (gross negligence); Operating a vehicle without a license; Using a motor vehicle during the commission of a felony; Aggravated assault with a vehicle; Operating a vehicle without the owner’s authority (grand theft); Permitting an unlicensed person to drive; Reckless driving; Speed contest; and Hit and run driving.
