It is understood that contracted Speech Services will be provided and caseload demands will be met by a certified, licensed, and/or credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), and/or a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), when under the supervision of a certified and licensed SLP.
When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, providers with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and/or Occupational Therapy Assistant (▇▇▇▇) licenses shall document service provision in Welligent using their own provider Welligent account(s).
As such, Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (▇▇▇▇) licenses are not sufficient for provision of per diem services and any per diem services provided by holders of such licenses shall not be payable as part of this Master Contract.
