Spectrum Utilization Fee definition

Spectrum Utilization Fee means the sum payable in respect of the use of a Frequency Band as determined in accordance with this Notice;
Spectrum Utilization Fee means the spectrum utilization fee payable by the user of a Frequency Band as prescribed in section 2(2) of the Telecommunications (Level of Spectrum Utilization Fees) (Second Generation Mobile Services) Regulation (Cap.106AA, Laws of Hong Kong);
Spectrum Utilization Fee means the fee determined in accordance with Special Condition 2.1; and

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.

  • Modification Fee means a fee, if any, collected from a Mortgagor by the Master Servicer in connection with a modification of any Mortgage Loan (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note other than a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or collected in connection with a modification by the Special Servicer of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Success Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(d).
