Spectre means a digital platform (not a legal entity) run through a Website as a broker-less financial trading platform with an embedded decentralised liquidity pool. Tokens are not shares, stock or any other investment instrument and Spectre is not a stock exchange.

  • This AFA will be binding on the Spectre Affiliate in their dealings with the Company in any jurisdiction across the world.

  • The Spectre Affiliate may be required to provide some or all of the following documents verifying their identity and other personal information as a part of Our KYC, AML and Anti- Fraud measures.

  • The Spectre Affiliate is aware that Use of Spectre Platforms including but not limited to the Website means that they can expose themselves to jurisdiction of multiple countries through which the services of the Website are provided.

  • In exceptional situations and/or on instructions by competent judicial or law enforcement authorities of any jurisdiction, the regulation of the rights may extend to holds placed on withdrawal of any funds in the Spectre Affiliate Account and/or any wallet or any other action as deemed fit by Us.
