Spectacular Sign definition
Spectacular Sign means any sign which has automatically changing advertising, which contains glaring or rotating strobe lights, spot lights, or flashing or blinking lights, or which moves, rotates, or has any moving parts whatsoever. A changing message that does not change more than once every five (5) minutes shall not be considered “automatically changing advertising”.
