SpecifiedTender Box definition
SpecifiedTender Box means the tender box specified in the “Lodging ofTender” section of the Tender Form or, where applicable, other places assigned by a Government officer for depositing bulky tenders; “Technical Specifications” means the specifications referred to in Part 3A of, and in the form attached to, the Tender Form; references to Technical Specifications include the mandatory features as well as those desirable features offered by the Tenderer and accepted by the Government (if any); “Tender” means an offer to supply the Goods as submitted by a Tenderer in response to the Invitation to Tender; “Tender Acceptance” has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 22 of the Terms of Tender; “Tender Closing Date” means the date specified as such in the Tender Form as the same may be extended by the Government from time to time in accordance withParagraphs 3.11 (b) and (c) of the Terms of Tender;
