Upon the giving of a Notice to Terminate, PESRM may, at its sole discretion, prohibit any or all of the affected Terminated Personnel from providing Transition Services to, or entering onto the premises of, PESRM or its Affiliates, but PESRM shall in all cases continue to be responsible for the salary and benefits of such Terminated Personnel through the Specified Termination Date.
