Specified Margin definition

Specified Margin means (i) with respect to the Class A Notes, 0.800%, (ii) with respect to the Class B Notes, 1.100%, (iii) with respect to the Class C Notes, 1.300%, (iv) with respect to the Class D Notes, 1.450%, (v) with respect to the Class E Notes, 2.250%, (vi) with respect to the Class F Notes, 3.250% and (vii) with respect to the Class G Notes, 4.750%.
Specified Margin has the meaning given to in Clause 4.
Specified Margin means (i) with respect to the Class A Notes, 0.750%, (ii) with respect to the Class B Notes, 0.900%, (iii) with respect to the Class C Notes, 1.100%, (iv) with respect to the Class D Notes, 1.300%, (v) with respect to the Class E Notes, 2.750% and (vi) with respect to the Class F Notes, 4.750%.

Examples of Specified Margin in a sentence

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Additional Margin shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(a).

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.

  • Free Margin means the amount of funds available in the Client Account, which may be used to open a position or maintain an Open Position. Free Margin shall be calculated as: Equity less (minus) Necessary Margin [Free margin = Equity- Necessary Margin].
