Specified Intangible Activities definition
Specified Intangible Activities means, for purposes of this regulation, the intangible related activities referred to in Ala. Code §40-18-35(b)(3) specifically including the acquisition, use, licensing, maintenance, management, ownership, sale, exchange, or any other disposition of intangible property.
