Specified Hedging Obligations definition

Specified Hedging Obligations means Hedging Obligations of the Company (whether as a primary or secondary obligor thereof) designated by the Company in a notice to the Collateral Agent as “Specified Hedging Obligations,” entitled to be included in the Secured Obligations.
Specified Hedging Obligations means obligations under or with respect to Specified Hedging Agreements (other than Excluded Hedging Obligations).
Specified Hedging Obligations means obligations of any Grantor under any Specified Hedging Agreement. ​ ​
