Specified Functions definition

Specified Functions means the investment functions of the Councils as pension administering authorities to the extent specified in the Joint Committee Terms of Reference.
Specified Functions means all the functions and activities of the Parties comprised in the Delegation.
Specified Functions or "SF" shall mean the specific functions and/or features that, either individually or together with other Specified Functions listed in Section 6.1 hereof, comprise Deliverables.

  • RSL and Sprint agree to make their respective Shared Employees available to perform the Specified Functions, provided that each Party has the right to transfer and replace any Shared Employee with their qualified personnel.

  • A set of performance requirements will apply for each Specified Functions in the PDP.

  • The Specified Functions are functions of an administrative, professional and/or technical nature for the purposes of section 401A (2) and (3) of the Act.

  • In exercise of the provisions referred to in Recitals (B) and (H) the Parties agree to establish the Board as a joint committee of themselves for the purpose of the Board discharging and undertaking the functions and services comprised in the Specified Functions in accordance with the Delegation set out in paragraph 4.1 below.

  • RSL and Sprint agree that Shared Employees shall only be made available for the functions listed on Exhibit A hereto, which shall include training other employees to perform the functions listed in such exhibit (collectively, the "Specified Functions").


More Definitions of Specified Functions

Specified Functions means those controlled functions prescribed under the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (Sections 20 and 22) Regulations 2011 which are set out as ’specified functions’ in Appendix 2, as amended from time to time, and any one such function is a ‘specified function’.
