RSL and Sprint agree to make their respective Shared Employees available to perform the Specified Functions, provided that each Party has the right to transfer and replace any Shared Employee with their qualified personnel.
The relevant internal and external auditors of the Parties responsible for audit shall have the right to inspect any documents and accounts relating to the Delegation and/or these Arrangements and/or the discharge of the Specified Functions.

A set of performance requirements will apply for each Specified Functions in the PDP.
The Specified Functions are functions of an administrative, professional and/or technical nature for the purposes of section 401A (2) and (3) of the Act.
